All TBCharge models are manufactured with a minimum **IPX4 water ingress protection rating**, making them suitable for installation in bathroom environments. For installation guidance, we recommend installing TBCharge in **Bathroom Zones 2 and Outside Zones** (previously referred to as Zone 3). TBCharge chargers should not be installed adjacent to a bath or shower within areas subject to direct water exposure unless permitted by local electrical regulations and installed by a suitably qualified electrician. Always ensure installation complies with the latest local electrical wiring regulations and standards applicable to the installation location.  If you are unsure whether your chosen location is suitable, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician or someone familiar with the applicable electrical regulations before installation.
